The latest F-Secure consumer products for Windows Vista, F-Secure Internet Security 2008 and F-Secure Anti-Virus 2008, are also available as OEM versions.
PC integrators looking to pre-install F-Secure Internet Security 2008 in new PCs should contact the local F-Secure office for availability and terms.
Customers with a valid F-Secure OEM subscription (e.g. that came with a new Windows XP computer) can download the OEM version below:

OEM应该不是谁都可以安装的，应该是要提供OEM信息才可以使用的吧，我下载了，只能是收藏，没有OEM信息我还是不去安装了。

应该就是顶楼的链接。。。FSAV和FSIS的安装文件是同一个，根据序列号不同自动选择安装AV还是IS的。。。我估计这个OEM应该需要序列号，可能在类似装机光盘上什么的
