Security flaw in Adobe Flash Player

Avira protects against a malicious exploit and detects the compromised websites Tettnang, 29 May 2008 – Users of Adobe’s Flash Player are currently at risk from a Trojan which exploits a recently detected vulnerability. The malware is spread via hacked websites. As soon as users access these sites with a vulnerable Flash Player version, the digital virus installs itself on the computer via the security flaw. Users of all versions of Avira AntiVir are protected against the Trojan if they have the latest update of the Virus Definition File. The integrated WebGuard in the Premium, Suite and Professional versions detects the malicious websites before they are loaded by the web browser. According to the security experts of Avira, various domains are affected by the attack and all information so far points to China as the country of origin. The attack on websites continues and more are being infected every hour. Avira detects the Trojan as “EXP/Flash.Gen”. More information is available in the virus description.

大意：adobe flash发现新漏洞，有恶意软件通过漏洞搞破坏，更新了最新病毒定义的红伞就不怕不怕啦，红伞专家认为所有信息都指向中国是该恶意软件发源地。
