SSupdater.com welcomes you to our first in line of this years Anti-Malware tests, I also might say that this is the future of testing because ,as all of you know, all the programs are becoming Anti-Malware oriented and not just Antivirus of Anti-Spyware. All the members took their place in this test by voting for the programs to be tested.
All software’s were tested using full capabilities settings, including heuristic behavior and riskware defense. SSUpdater Testing Station is totally independent therefore the results do not favor any program and will not please everyone.
The tests were conducted under VMWare virtual environment and Windows XP SP3 fully updated. We used a special malware package containing 395 000 items, including only the latest malware samples in these categories: Windows Viruses, Trojans, Backdoors, Worms, Spyware, Adware, Rootkits, and other types of malware
The test is dedicated to all SSUpdater.com members, and we will appreciate any feedback or suggestions related.

Now let me explain the DNF’s, all three of those programs detect mostly active malware, they made some detections but in very small numbers and that is why I didn’t list the results.
It is brought to my attention that these results are being showed on many forums and support sites of some AV companies, so if you want to comment on these tests it is best to do so at their birth place where you can get answers from people who made these tests………… |
