求助电脑奇怪故障

当我要下载一张图纸时，突然出现蓝屏且有一些英文，死机了。英文如下：
      A problem  has  been  detected   and  windows has  been  shut  down   to    prevent   damage  to   your  computer  
       A  process  or   thread   crucial  to  system  operatron  has  unexpectedly   exited   or   been  terminated
        If   this  is  the   first  time   you've  seen   this  stop   error  screen  restart   your  computer  .If   this   screen   appears  again .   follow   this  steps :  
       Check   to   make  sure   any   new   hardware   or    software   is   properly    installed.
       If   this  is   a  new   installation   ,  ask  your   hardware  or  software   manutacturer   for   any  windows  updates  you    might    need .  
       If  problems    continue,  disable   or   remove   any   newly  installed ,  hardware   or   software  .Pisable   BIOS  memory    options  such  as  caching  or  shadowing .
      If   you  need   to  use  Safe   Mode  to   remove  or   disable  componerts, restart  your computer ,  press  F8   to   select   A  dvanced   Startup    Options   ,and   then   select   Safe   Mode  .

只有重装系统

1、软件问题，一般可以通过重装系统来解决，即便是软件冲突的话
  2、硬件问题，擦擦金手指吧...也有可能是内存控制芯片老化导致的，不过概率很小，或者硬件驱动和电压问题软件问题的概率最大
