NIS把SYMHTML.DLL这个文件当病毒误杀了
估计从别的系统考过来一个就可以了吧

错，这个文件是诺顿自己的。

我好像也出现过这种情况，但立刻就把Norton 2009卸载了，也没有注意那么多。

官方关于IE奔溃问题的回复：

If you turn off Phishing Protection, does IE still crash when you go to that site? How about if you disable Intrusion Prevention? We're trying to isolate the cause of this crash by trying these things.
