有时讨论是Norton还是Symantec都要注意。后者没有激活限制。

我从来都不用一键GHOST，我刻了一个PE维护盘，里面有DOS系统。我向来都是用光盘里的DOS版GHOST做备份。这样系统又干净，还原速度也快。
一个Vista的GHO文件也只花了4分钟恢复完。

There are 2 aspects to the product's license: the duration of the subscription, and the number of activations. From the sound of it, it seems that you have exceeded the NUMBER of activations with this key. This is not because you've installed it on too many computers, but you've had to re-activate the product more than 3 times in total. Is this correct? If so, I would recommend that you open Help & Support in your Norton product, and chat with our Customer Support team to get the activation count reset. Please let me know if this is not the case, or if our Customer Support team was not able to help. Thanks!

When you write "re-activations", do you mean installing the product on a completely cleaned (reformatted) machine, or on a machine that has only uninstalled the product? When you remove NIS from your system, the subscription information remains and will not be a "count" against the 3 PC limit. If you are installing on a completely cleaned system, which does not have any remaining subscription information, then this would be considered a count. If you exceed the limit for this count, just contact our Customer Support team (http://www.symantec.com/norton/support/selectproduct_ts.jsp) and explain the situation. They can resolve the problem for you.

所以，还是那句话，掏钱买了正版序列号的，重装系统要谨慎。。

按楼上得说，可以去复位计数，只要联系客服就行了啊！！？？

只要你的号是自己正常使用的，没有泄露或者超出授权数量使用，都可以联系KF解决。。不过问题是中国大陆区的KF服务态度和技术水平都不太行，很可能会一口咬定你超数量了，而不给你解决。。让你再掏钱买号。。

所以，我还是建议遇到问题直接上总部解决~~人家一般不会为难的
