蓝屏? NIS2009?

现在可以肯定是NIS2009的问题了。安装NIS2008，长时间运行无问题；重新安装回NIS2009，也就十来分钟就蓝屏了，错误信息相同。也许别人的系统不一定会这样，但毫无疑问NIS2009发行前测试还不够多。

英文系统很可能无此问题，因为系统文件结构有所不同。中文XPSP3的朋友可以安装试试看，是否有
同样的情况。这种问题真是极其罕见。我现在换回NIS2008中文版，就非常稳定无蓝屏了。

Thank you for contacting Norton Support.

I understand from your message that you have encountered Blue Screen error after installing Norton Internet Security 2009.

This issue can occur,

1. Due to remnants of previous Norton program files.

2. Due to conflicts with any other program installed on your computer.

Therefore, I suggest that you download and run Norton removal tool to remove remnants of previous Norton program files. This tool automatically removes all the Norton program files. You can click on the web link provided below to download Norton_Removal_Tool.exe.

Please save the Norton_Removal_Tool file to your computer desktop and then double-click on it to run.

Now, please reinstall your Norton Internet Security 2009.

1. Does the blue screen error happen immediately after installation?

2. What is the blue screen error message?

To get the blue screen you will need to perform the following steps:

a. Right-click My Computer or Computer > Properties.
b. On the Advanced tab, locate "Startup And Recovery Section", and then click Settings.
c. Uncheck the "Automatically Restart", apply out of all the boxes and then click OK.

3. If you now experiences a blue screen, then please provide us the information that is listed under "Technical Information :".

我的办法就是装一个干净的原版系统，T43是什么？thinkpad的型号？多余的乱七八糟的软件也别装。
我上午安装的nis2009的15天试用版，刚才买的序列号一直正常没问题的，系统也是sp3的，环境复杂，同情楼主

你说的没错，是thinkpad的型号。有些厂家自带软件还是不错的，比如保护硬盘的。
我按照symantec技术组的答复重新下载了删除工具进行删除后并重新安装，暂时还没有蓝屏出现。

刚说完就被蓝了一次，还是把错误信息文件发给symantec。好象上卡饭就蓝，疑神疑鬼了。
