前几天的蓝屏与NIS2009无关

前几天出现了蓝屏，每隔半小时左右就蓝一次，考虑到这个问题是从
其他杀软删除后装了NIS2009不久出现的，一直怀疑跟它有关。后来
查了多方资料并无证据与此相关，于是删除了最近windows update的一个
与网络相关的补丁，并扫描出一个病毒cologsvr.exe，系统就恢复正常了。
具体是update引起的问题还是病毒的原因无法判定，但跟NIS2009可以说无关。
NIS2009用着还是很舒服的。

I am sorry to inform you that your attachments have been discarded by Symantec server because it exceeded maximum attachment size.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you.

So, I request you to follow the given below steps to attach your file:

1. Click the title bar of the window or message box.
This ensures that the window or box appears in the picture.
2. Press Alt+Print Screen.
The exact name on the Print Screen key can vary. For example, it may be PrtScn, PrintScn, Prnt Scrn, or something similar.
3. Click Start > Run.
4. Type: mspaint
5. Click OK.
6. When the Paint program opens, click Edit > Paste.
7. Click File > Save.
8. For the file name, type a name that you will remember.
9. In the "Save as type" box, change the file type to GIF (*.GIF).
This makes the file much smaller than keeping it as the default file type of .BMP.
10. Click Save.

这是我提供dmp文件后对方非常及时的邮件回复，售服技术保障作的还是很不错的。我已经告诉对方问题已解决并且与NIS2009无关。不知道中国地区的售服如何，但还是推荐大家直接跟美国那边联系。

什么也不说，就是感觉09的界面还有发现病毒的提示界面，以及在任务栏的显示方式不如2008的。
