外电采访中国浏览器Maxthon--2007年走向全球

Maxthon (前身为MyIE)[原文如此,应为MyIE2,cnbeta注] 是一个在中国占有30%市场占有率的浏览器,其业绩仅仅跟在IE之后,并超过FireFox,它是一个免费的增强多标签浏览器,最近的Maxthon 2.0里程碑Beta刚刚在上个月发布.以下是外国媒体对Maxthon的SVP & Partneris(AOL/ICQ开发人员)Netanel Jacobsson的采访.

Maxthon 2.0的主要功能列表:

高级代理功能 - allows the use of different proxies for different web sites, ensuring the best browsing speed and web site accessibility.
用户界面多线程技术 - greatly reduces the chance of browser lockup, (e.g. caused by some Ajax operations) and browser crashes.
模块化设计 - loads only the required components, ensuring the most efficient use of system resources.
高可定义的外壳系统 - supports anything from the simple windows classic to the most crafted skins and advanced layouts.
增强的代码过滤器 - the system can filter not only ads, but also any malicious code; removing web annoyances and improving browser safety.
多用户密码 - protected profile system protects users privacy without compromising program portability.

重要言论:

We have 12 million active users monthly and over 73 million downloads [over] the world. There is no doubt Maxthon is the second after IE in China and I also hope the market share will be more than 30% very soon."

确实不错，不过最近1.59经常无故崩溃，换了2.01BETA感觉没有以前快了，大家有什么好的浏览器？

maxthon占有一定的市场，在接触firefox opera 前一直用它！
