安装VirusScan Enterprise 8.7过程中，可能有部分麦粉会碰到1920的错误提示，具体错误提示如下：
ERROR: Error 1920, service McShield failed to start
与此同时，在VSE的安装日志VSEInst.log中可以发现如下错误报告：

导致错误的原因是你的primary disk设置为dymanic disk，而非basic disk，从而令安装程序错误引用了磁盘信息。
解决的办法是在安装过程中修改注册表，更改核心驱动的路径，具体操作如下：
1.备份注册表
2.安装VirusScan Enterprise 8.7，并等待1920错误的出现
3.开始==》运行==》regedit 回车==》找到[HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\]
4.在左边窗口下拉，并找到名为mfeapfk的键
5.回到右边窗口，双击ImagePath
键值对其路径进行修改
范例：
| 当前映像路径(ImagePath): | system32\drivers\mfeapfk.sys | | 修改为绝对路径: | c:\windows\system32\drivers\mfeapfk.sys |
6.重复上述步骤，对mfeavfk.sys和mfebopk.sys进行修改
7.退出，回到VirusScan Enterprise 8.7安装程序的1920错误窗口，点击重试
注意：上述方法并非适用于所有1920错误（小柯当时在vista下安装8.7亦曾遭遇1920错误，后来是通过恢复默认服务项解决该问题的），并且该bug将于patch 1中得以修补。依照计划，patch 1的发布时间在09年2月。
