可能是我的英文菜，没能将上报的 BUG 表达清楚，这是在线技术支持给我上报的两个 BUG 的回复，无语了！

Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting F-Secure.

With regards to your enquiry, please follow the steps below as we need you to run a full system scan on all files in your computer. There is a setting which is required, therefore please follow each steps below.

Update your virus definitions.

1. Open F-Secure.
2. Click on 'Check now' on the main interface.

Perform a full computer scan.

1. Open F-Secure.
2. Click Virus & Spy Protection.
3. Click on Advanced
4. Select Manual Scanning on the left
5. Select Scan All Files and check on Scan inside compressed files
6. Click OK
7. Click Scan My Computer.
8. Perform Full Computer Check.

At the end of scan, click on 'Show Report' button to view the report. Save the report on Desktop for easy locating.

If you are unable to save the scanning report, kindly perform the steps below:-

i) Open the scanning report.
ii) Right-click on the report.
iii) Click Select all
iv) Right-click again.
v) Click copy.
vi) Click on Start button on the bottom left corner of your screen.
vii) Click All Programs or Program Files.
viii) Open Microsoft Office Word.
ix) Right-Click on the white background of Microsoft Office Word.
x) Click paste.
xi) Click File on the top left corner.
xii) Click Save as. Please save it on Desktop.

If you do not have Microsoft Office Word. You can continue from where you stop in step viii).

xiii) Click All Programs or Program Files > Accessories > Notepad.
xiv) Right-Click on the white background of Notepad..
xv) Click paste.
xvi) Click File on the top left corner.
xvii) Click Save as. Please save it on Desktop.

Then, reply us with the scanning report attached. Please allow us some time to investigate on the scanning report. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
