2楼的解释是错的，这个是4.0的新加项，是在你运行程序的时候用高启发来扫描该程序，你可以试一下，开启后，有些软件的启动速度变慢了，这个应该是为有些人关闭全局高启后的一种安全补充吧。开启此项并不会像全局高启那样卡机。如果你关了全局高启，建议你开启此项，然后把被明显拖慢启动速度的常用软件放到排除里即可。
