Come and see the new AV9!

The new version 9, which will be released in March 2009, provides new and enhanced features for Avira AntiVir Windows desktop products and for Avira AntiVir Windows Server. In most cases you don’t need to do anything to migrate to AV9 – just a few mouse-clicks.

Migration for individual workstations or multi-user workstations for up to 20 clients, which are not administered centrally

As soon as version 9 is released you will see a slide-up notification. You will have the opportunity to start migration directly from the slide-up. The program will uninstall itself, reboot and then install the new version. Your existing license will be integrated in version 9. While installing the new version, you can decide if you want to keep your current configuration. If you decide to keep the configuration settings they are adjusted to the requirements of version 9.
