因为这个页面就是为了方便要安装nod的人先卸载原有杀软而存在的，所以根本不需要有它自己的卸载工具。
一开始就说了：
“It is very important that any previously installed antivirus softwareis uninstalled from your system before proceeding with the installationof your ESET security product.“
因为有些杀软自带卸载程序卸载不完全，所以才在这里提供了专用卸载工具，都是各杀软官方原始链接。普通用户不会自己想到去找专用removetool的，所以eset在这个页面指导他们。
”As a typical uninstall performed using the Windows removal tool(Add/Remove Programs) is often insufficient, we have provided therecommended removal tools* for several other manufacturers of antivirussoftware.”

因为仅仅是给将要安装nod的用户看的，不用nod的人也不会没事闲的看custom care，所以这只是为用户着想而已。没有nod自己的卸载提供很正常。
就算提供nod的卸载工具也不会在这个页面里，顶多放在指导卸载的地方（http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index? ... at=DI&actp=LIST、http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index? ... at=DI&actp=LIST）何况现在也没有出过专门的卸载工具，自带的卸载程序的卸载效果已经完全达到那些tools的水平了，反正大家多少都有残留。
