Hi  隐去用户名,
As of now we do not respond to submitted mails but do take care of files
submitted.
我们现在不会回复上报病毒的邮件，但是我们会关心这些上报文件
We are putting infrastructure in place so we should be able to support
it via http://support.comodo.com
因为我们在建立基础设施，所以我们需要支援它，
通过http://support.comodo.com

We have to have it available to users by April, 2009.
我们不得不在2009年4月把它提供给用户
