IE工作不正常，下载也不正常

老是出现这个页面，点安装就会被杀软截住。
所有和IE关联的程序都不能正常运行，下面是迅雷的右窗口...
所有下载，不管是另存为还是用迅雷，无论软件多大，下载下来都是78.3KB...

关闭杀软，防火墙还是这个状况，这个是我新安装的IE8，之前IE8 RC1就出现了这个问题。
请问修复是指重修安装么？我使用 超级兔子 检查IE 什么情况都没有

然后发送到在线监测的网站
然后把结果发到论坛
让大家帮你判定下
如果被报病毒的杀软很少
一般的话可以认为是安全的
然后安装插件
然后就OK了
