请问我的第九版为什么更新不了啊

请问为什么我的红伞v9上网更新的时候开始下载大概1M,然后就提示"an error occurred during the file download"

如果楼主使用的是V9 F版的话，建议楼主手动下载离线更新包——具体在“Help”——“Download Manual”里面（也可去红伞主页下载最新离线更新包），F版是免费的，不像P版那种收费的有专门的服务器，所以还是要多多忍耐下吧~
   另外最近可能由于刚更新V9版，要么是升级服务器维护或者流量过大之类的（毕竟，德国的服务器还是很远的），经常会出现升级中断的现象（日志记录显示为“超时连接”），多试着手动更新几次就可以了~
    PS：下载离线更新包的官方主页是www.avira.com，而不是www.free-av.com（这个虽然也是官方的，貌似是F版的下载分流网站~）

这个理由不成立，我发现用v8f版升级还是正常的，v9就不行。

也可能是最近V9使用人数猛增的缘故吧~汗~
以个人的经验看来，V9和V8的更新方式并不相同：V8貌似是一次搜索所有可用更新，然后统一下载；V9貌似是一段一段的下载，下完一段，在搜索另一段，有点类似下载工具的“数据包分块”处理。
这样改进的好处就是负责索引“所有可用更新”的服务器部分压力会小很多，但这么做也有一个缺点：就是不容易确定待更新的文件究竟一共有多大，经常是更新到半截，突然发现待更新的数据包猛然增加了很多……另外V9貌似支持“断点续传”，这点相比V8升级的时候一次更新不完就要“重头再来”无疑会快了很多~
总体来说，V9的更新还是很不错的，可能是最近V8用户比较少，所以会升级比较快吧，但不论是V8还是V9，病毒库和引擎都是一样的，所以大家觉得哪个好用就用哪个~只要病毒库和引擎能升级就好~

不知道楼上的理论从何而来，好像在分析可更新的文件上9.0与8.0都是一样的，先是下载info文件，我然后跟系统的文件比较，最后生成下载列表
实际上9.0比8.0的变化是
1：当一个文件从同一个服务器上下载失败的时候，会从其它的服务器多次重复下载，8.0好像是只下载一次
2：下载过程中使用IP而不是域名，防止域名欺骗 。

这个偶主要是凭过去使用软件的经验来说的，貌似解释错了~
     因为偶最近在更新的时候经常会出现前一秒还是100K的大小，结果到下一秒突然变成了300K，再结合V9的“断点续传”功能（有点类似迅雷吧，汗~），所以根据个人学的少得可怜的通信方面的专业知识，所以大胆猜测是采用的“数据包分块下载”的算法，而且这么解释貌似也能合理解释，没想到竟然解释错了，十分抱歉中~
   大家千万不要学偶啊~偶知道错了哈~，谢谢5#兄弟通过升级日志报告给出的解释，偶相信实际情况应该和5#兄弟说的相差不远~

       不过，偶还是觉得，如果采用多线程“分块下载”的话，用户的下载速度能得到很大提高（迅雷，纳米，RAYSOURCE貌似都是这个原理），而且这样做的话只要对各个数据包分块的带宽分配合理的话（根据统计学原理，应该是下载最新数据块的人比较多，后面的依正态分布依次递减，所以可以据此设计一定的算法来分配不同的带宽），升级即使不用P2P技术，还是可以相当高效的~
