双击 我的电脑 出现打开方式对话框，网上的方法不管用

双击 我的电脑 出现打开方式对话框，网上的方法不管用
故障如下（似乎属于杀毒后遗症）：

双击 "{我的电脑" 出现"打开方式对话框"。
右击 “我的电脑” 选 “打开" 也出现 "打开方式对话框"
只有 资源管理器 打开正常。
用网上的方法不管用
用 wsyscheck 和sreng修复不管用
网上的方法大同小异 用的是reg文件修复法。

在点另存为....双击盘符“出现打开方式”的修复.reg   在导入就OK了. 

还有一个办法是 :开始运行输入下面的命令:
cmd /k reg add "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}\shell\OpenHomePage\Command" /ve /t REG_SZ /d "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" /f

但是都不管用 ，请高手帮忙。
注意是 双击 "我的电脑" 不正常 ，点右键选 "打开" 也不正常。
打开资源管理器后 点击各个盘符（c，d，e，f 等）是可以正常打开的。
