我不喜爱把杀毒软件装在系统盘，都是装在别的硬盘里的，我估计很多人都是我的这种方法，系统盘用的越少越好啊！

额- -没发现过有这种问题额..要么把代理去掉试试看?..话说回来,LZ的C盘是NTFS格式的么?可以试试看把C:\Documents and Settings\All Users.WINDOWS\Application Data\Avira\AntiVir Desktop这个文件夹的所有者改成登陆账户,再赋予登录帐户完全修改此文件夹所有内容的权限...

小红伞，我不知道该如何得来形容你，是又爱又恨，恨的就是不能够很好的升级，昨天因为升级的问题解决不了，我把小红伞卸载了，可是割舍不掉，刚刚又装上了，可是再次升级还是出现同样的失败报告，欸，没有办法！

有点自寻烦恼。

我的情况和楼主很像，安装在D盘很顺利，但就是升级不了。升级的时候开始显示只要下载6M的文件，但目前已经下载了10多M还在下载。即remaining已经为零字节了，但transmitted的字节数还在不断增加，就是不安装，真是郁闷，已经3个多小时了。
