对小红伞又爱又恨

小红伞，我不知道该如何得来形容你，是又爱又恨，恨的就是不能够很好的升级，昨天因为升级的问题解决不了，我把小红伞卸载了，可是割舍不掉，刚刚又装上了，可是再次升级还是出现同样的失败报告，欸，没有办法！

这里的斑竹能不能够向官方反映这个问题如何得来解决？
1):我已经修复了，但是升级还是出现同样的问题
2):也卸载重新安装了，还是这样子的问题,并且安装包是刚刚下载的,key也是刚刚申请的，并且在重新安装之前也使用了小红伞注册表清理工具来清理了注册表中关于小红伞的选项，然后才安装的！
实在是没有什么其它的办法了！

谢谢了，我的笔记本里面只装过卡巴和Nod32，而且在装小红伞之前都是把它们卸载的！所以不可能有冲突的！

我就是在使用代理升级阿，avira.vkill.net  80，这就是我的代理！速度是很快，但是还是更新不了，出现上面的错误报告！

我以前用C版直接更新时升级下载完，安装程序文件结束后就提示我The update failed!
后来我不直接升级了，而是加了个美国的代理，升级成功！建议你加个美国的代理，找一个快点的。我的情况是换了网络环境就不好更新了，原来用的是电信的好用，后来用有线通就不好用了。你用国内的代理我怀疑从那里下载的只是病毒升级文件，一些程序文件不能下载完全。不能保证你肯定成功，可以试试。
