PANDA似乎是有点失望，但是这个测试貌似不是测什么杀软主防的吧？

The EQs

ESET Smart Security was created as a complete security solution that is
designed to prevent the computer from becoming infected.   It uses
several different kinds of protection layers to achieve this. ESET
Personal Firewall is just one of those layers.
There are many different schemes for testing firewalls. Some of them
test the firewall's ability to block attacks coming from outside of the
tested computer and some coming from inside of it. The inside testing
includes "leak tests."   A leak test analyzes the ability of a firewall
to prevent running applications from performing actions allowing them to
silently gain access to and transfer confidential data.
Specialized tools that simulate such behavior are used to perform leak
tests. These types of firewall testing tools do not present an actual
threat and are neither detected nor blocked as infected files. Because
applications are allowed to run on test machines, it may lead to the
erroneous conclusion that the computer is not protected, even though it
is against actual threats.
In contrast with test cases, in situations where a computer is exposed
to real threats, ESET Smart Security immediately blocks malicious code
before allowing it to execute.
Classical stand-alone firewalls, on the other hand, work by trying to
block certain behaviors from already-running applications as they have
no other layers to prevent data loss. This can not only cause
false-positive alarm warnings for legitimate applications but since the
malicious code is already running with full access to the system,
attempting to deal with the consequences of its execution might be just
too late.

這是firewall測試~跟本不是hips的測試,他所提的主動防禦是指firewall的主動防禦~
跟我們所講的Host Intrusion Prevent System是不一樣的性質

人家主要是測這些
防止數據和身份盜竊、執行包過濾功能、防止直接在線攻擊(即不要讓惡意進去產品必須控制該軟件的計算機上安裝)、以防止惡意軟件融入操作系統、惡意軟件不應該能夠獲得用戶的私人數據，從而反監聽，反擊鍵記錄及個人數據保護功能也應執行。即使惡意軟件成功地收集資料，不應該允許把它以外的保護系統，主要就是管理網路。

人家都告訴你是測試firewall的Proactive Security Challenge
根本不是大家爭論的Host Intrusion Prevent System

為何各位還可以吵成這樣呢？！

Dynamic Tests

this section contains (proactive and normal) full product (suite) long-term dynamic test reports. Those tests evaluate the full products “real-world” capabilities (incl. e.g. on-execution protection features, etc.) with default settings. We want to do those tests properly and statistically significant (not by using just a handful of samples), due which those tests are very expensive regarding resources and time, so only products from the main tests will be included in those tests. We are doing those tests with man power right now, but we are already working on an automated system to use next year (which should increase further the amount of samples processed in dynamic tests of AV-Comparatives). The first public report will be released within this year.

NOD32先前是沒有參加這個測試的,直到它整合Outpost 技術防火牆進去才加入測試的~!

他完全沒測試到PANDA的truprevent技術~怎說PANDA主防多差?!
