这个我也经历了,不过我问了官方,他的回答很奇怪
以下是信的内容,希望有用:

Are you reinstalling Norman?
if thats the case are you using one of theese  keys?:保密  
This license expires 15-07-2009 (you need to renew it)

However it should be posible to install it and use it today anyway.

To be sure that Normans  software is'nt causing this lets just to be sure its ok.

download this file:
use it to  uninstall Norman.
Then download and install Norman again

latest NSS:
