Problem The VirusScan Enterprise 8.5i Quarantine Manager policy cannot be enforced from ePolicy Orchestrator

Solution This issue was resolved with HotFix 487086

IMPORTANT:

Ensure Patch 8 for VirusScan Enterprise 8.5i is installed before installing the hotfix.
Hotfix 487086 will be incorporated in Patch 9 for VirusScan Enterprise 8.5i. ）

Hotfixes are created to address specific issues and are not posted publicly, but are available by contacting McAfee Technical Support.
