此程序会把系统的Windows Update和BITS服务设为禁用，然后弹出IE打开Windows Update网站
看来是改版系统为了防止WGA，用这个替换了真正的wupdmgr.exe，只让你手动更新

MSE报的不是病毒，而是对于系统的文件破解+修改，会让你skip跳过wuser更新，请无视就行

比如你修改了host文件，MSE也会爆settingsmodifier，这个也算是MSE的特色吧
