.Net 3.5安装问题（悬赏一人气）

最近要用Visual Studio，结果到安装时，.Net Framework 3.5安不上去结果VS2008也安不上去
记得有一次安RegistryBooster 2009，到了安装.Net Framework 3.5一步时，动了插座板一下，断电了，重启电脑后，.Net 3.5就安不上了
用过.Net Cleanup Tool，可是没有用，安装.Net 4.0 Beta也出错

在尝试安装 .NET Framework 1.0、1.1、2.0、3.0 或 3.5 的更新时，可能会收到 Windows Update 错误代码“0x643”或 Windows Installer 错误代码“1603”
