请问这种蓝屏错误是什么引起的，如何解决？
使用的系统是WinXP SP3,请问这种蓝屏错误是什么引起的，如何解决？具体是在使用傲游2.5以上版本的浏览器，浏览网页时突然出现，已经出现了三次次，最后一次出现屏幕最下方有一截花屏，蓝屏出现时按机箱开关机键一下，电脑会重新启动，请问如何解决？蓝屏错误提示如下：

IF this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen , restart your computer .
IF this screen appears again,follow these steps:

If problems continue,disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software Disable BIOS
memory options such as caching or shadowing .

已经用360杀毒软件查了没病毒，用RST测内存，也是正常，而且蓝屏错误都是在用遨游浏览器浏览网页，或是使用淘宝旺旺联络工具是发生。

前一种蓝屏现象消失了，但随之而来的是另外一个蓝屏错误，具体表现在浏览网页时就蓝屏错误。
