卡巴斯基的19780端口

使用的是卡巴斯巴8.0.0.506，在comodo防火墙事件里面老是看到0.0.0.0的地址尝试连接系统19780端口，搜索了一下，说这个是卡巴斯基的检测端口。

现在问题是看到有些人说在防火墙里面禁掉连接此端口会经常导致浏览器的卡死、打不开网页或只打开不完整，据我自己的情况来看，打不开网页或只打开一半的情况感觉还是有时发生，不知道是不是因为此原因。

另外又有人说此端口平时应该是关闭的。如果是打开状态就可能有问题。

在一个论坛搜索到的取消19780的方法：
   1. Disable Kaspersky Antivirus Self-Defence.
   2. Exit the antivirus.
   3. Open the Register, folder [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\KasperskyLab\protected\AVP7\profiles\TrafficMonitor\settings] and find parameter UseKavsend, change its value to 1.
   4. Start the antivirus.
   5. Enable its self-defence.
   6. Restart the system.

      Note: If parameter UseKavsend is absent, you need to create it (DWORD) with the antivirus self-defence disabled. After that you will need to enable the self-defence and restart the system.


现在想新建一个全局规则，允许此端口对System的访问。不知道会有什么影响。请指教。
