楼主还有没有其他的DUMP文件呢？因为我自己没设置过这东西，不过应该是还有其他的DUMP文件吧。
我实在是太菜了，楼主的这份DUMP我看不出具体的原因啊（我觉得应该是驱动的问题，楼主的软件有带驱动的我只知道360和虚拟光驱有，不过我也不敢肯定就是了），期待高手来看看。

　　不知10楼朋友是如何看出来的，我的分析结果是ntkrpamp.exe导致崩溃的，但它是保护性进程，在计算机反复启动失败时出现，在正常情况下不会出现该进程。所以不知怎么回事。

　　IDA？算了，那个太高级了，我不会用，只是同一个dmp文件，分析结果至少应该一样吧。
