Why was the choice of this horse logo and the number 2 and their meaning?

I think there is no official story behind that name. Since the original developer of a-squared who created that name left the company several years ago nobody knows exactly why that name was chosen.
I personally believe it's a word play. a-squared is the successor of Anti-Trojan and ANTS (2 popular anti-trojan tools back then). Since both names start with an A and since the application was much more than just Anti-Trojan and ANTS combined (which would be a + a or 2a) he went for a² or a-squared.
But that is just my theory .

The country that made the program and the headquarters of the company?

Emsi Software is located in Austria. Currently there are developers involved from Russia, Ukraine, Germany, Austria, India and the UK.

不一定准确大体的意思是

为什么用那个马的标志并且叫做2
没什么特别的两个功能都是以A开头所以叫A2

两个单词的发音相似，写法也相似

这两次靠重读音节来区分，Australia的重音节在后面，或者音调比较长，应该很容易区分
