技术支持工程师Technical Support Engineer

Job Description:
1.Deliver high qualified solutions to customers timely, courteously and cost-effectively
2.Provide high level technical support to Enterprise customers through email or phone with technical expertise.
3.Co-work with Higher level Technical Support team and Service Engineering Group(R&D) to identify and resolve the problem
4.Provide technical training, write technical solution documents
5.Attend product testing/beta testing
6.Willing to be assigned to field service occasionally
Requirements:
1.University degree, major in computer science or IT related (Computer Science or Computer Engineering will be an advantage).
2.Good command of English, CET-4 or above
3.Familiar with General operating system and network technologies, such as Windows, Linux, Exchange, Postfix, TCP/IP, WAN, Firewall, and VPN etc.,
4.Team working, self-motivating with open mind, ability to manage time effectively.
5.Demonstrate to be a fast learner, strong multi-tasking and problem resolution abilities.
6.Having one of the following IT industry certificates will be an advantage
*MCSE,CCNA,RHCE,SCSA,CCSA,TCSE,etc.
