We would like to have remote access to your computer in order to study this issue deeper and try to solve it as soon as possible.

Please let us know if you're agree to let us remote control to your computer and if so, then let us know the available dates and times ( i mean international times, to avoid missunderstoods between diference on times ).

When we receive the conformation we will book a channel on LogMeIn for it, and we will provide you the instructions to begin the remote session on arreged date.

我把熊猫任务栏图标的问题反映出去了，技术人员给了个补丁，但是不对头，现在他回信要远程控制我来更深入研究问题，我要不要答应？有没有危险？个人隐私会不会泄漏？更重要的是储备了那么多研究日本文化的资料，他会不会告发我啊
