刚刚跟熊猫的客服远程完毕，汇报一下情况

18:26 Customer: do you know what's wrong now?
18:26 PandaSecurity: it seems a communication problem between the systray icon and explorer
18:27 Customer: nobody else tells you the problem?
18:27 PandaSecurity: no, you are the first one
18:28 Customer: the problem was discussed in your support forum months ago
18:29 Customer: I first met the problem in NOV last year after panda updated
18:33 PandaSecurity: we need collecting some spscific traces for this problem but we need our developers to generate the binary for us
18:34 PandaSecurity: can we arrange a new remote session for next week in order to collect them?
18:35 Customer: of course , I’d love to
18:35 PandaSecurity: ok, we'll contact you again as soon as our developers provides us the binary in order to arrange the new session
18:36 Customer: thanks , see you next time
18:37 Customer: BTW, is there anybody speaking Chinese in your department?
18:38 PandaSecurity: i'm afraid that no. we only speak Spanish and English
18:39 Customer: what a pity! my English is poor.
18:39 PandaSecurity: its not so bad
18:40 PandaSecurity: I will disconnect the session now
18:40 Customer: OK bye
18:40 PandaSecurity: good bye
看到客服人员打开文件夹选项——显示隐藏文件，我的心哇凉哇凉的

扫描完了以后点完成结果扫描窗口关不掉
不晓得是不是也得找他们
可惜这么高深的英文我不会和他们说

还有，你能不能给熊猫客服提下建议改善引擎并且提高监控的启发等级？有没有2011的消息？
