买的费尔忘记注册码了不能重新发送

买的费尔忘记注册码了，可是在网页上的那个重新发送不能用了 给他们发信也没有回音 ，大家知道还怎么弄弄回注册码吗？

写了，都发了好几次了 也没有回音
他们网页上的那个注册码重发的那个写上邮箱以后一点会出现下面的情况谁知道什么原因告诉我一下

出来一个知道的 丢了好长时间了，机器重装以后就没有在用 好心人告诉我有什么办法可以解决。
