大家来批评理，中国的客服为什么这样，雷死我了！

中国客服和美国客服提供的情况完全相反！！！雷死我了。
我彻底无语，什么客服啊。伤心啊，竟然告诉我没有提供那项服务。
联密匙的准确状态都无法确认。
哎
比较长，大家说说吧。
我不是贬低诺顿，我是非常喜欢诺顿的。

客服已说得明白，权限问题,[size=14.1667px]国网络商店中没有叠加密钥期限的服务，而且他也看不到，你还要提供什么你认为有用的支持，不是强人所难[size=14.1667px],还有可能这个key可以不是中国地区的,水货，哈哈俣，他的库里当查不到

关于美国客服和中国客服对待密钥的状态问题，我也不清楚为什么会得出不同的状态。

关于服务期合并，我觉得小弟您就不要强人所难了。美国区和中国区的服务项目确实不尽然相同的。还记得我的巨献贴之五吗（包装回顾）？最后罗列出的更新服务卡，美国区就没有这种东西。所以哦，有些情况下，总部说可以，大陆说不可以是很正常的。同样的，有些东西大陆可以而总部确不可以。

我记得以前让中国客服叠加过啊~~好像把2008的叠加到2007上去了……

呵呵，我也和诺顿客服打过交道，不过是美国总部的，从普通客服到技术客服再到最终的技术人员，持续了1个多小时，哈哈
