手动扫描线程数在NIS10和11中不一样？

我记得在2011中线程数是处理器数的2倍，但是在2010中二者相等。

Number of threads for manual scan

Lets you select the number of threads that Norton Internet Security uses for manual scan Threads are subsets of a process that share the process resources but execute independently of each other. Threads help in parallel execution of a program to allow the program to operate faster in a multiprocessor environment. Norton Internet Security supports multi-thread scanning of your computer. It uses the number of threads that you select in the drop-down list for scanning. For example, when you select the 8 option in the drop-down list, Norton Internet Security uses eight threads to process the manual scan. When you select the Auto option, Norton Internet Security uses the threads based on the number of physical processor cores that you have. Norton Internet Security uses twice the number of physical processor cores that you have. For example, if you have a dual-core processor and you select the Auto option, Norton Internet Security uses four threads to scan. This way, the threads are run simultaneously with each processor running a thread to process the scan. By default, the Auto option is selected. Note: Norton Internet Security does not support multi-thread scanning for Quick Scan.
