相信大家都用过Iobit公司的Advanced SystemCare PRO产品，确实是一款不错的系统优化和清理软件；这里介绍了同一公司出品的Uninstaller，是很不错的系统程序卸载工具，包括一些流氓软件或者是卸载程序时不干净都可以用它解决。软件不大《=1MB，纯绿色版双击即可运行，无需安装。
