如题 因为最近要安装一些东西  所以   


必须要卸载  重新安装

The .NET Framework 2.0 SP2, 3.0 SP2 and 3.5 SP1 are all installed as OS components on Microsoft windows 7 hence you will not see .Net Framework under Uninstall or Change Program List instead it is available in Turn Windows Features On or Off. So basically you don’t have option to actually uninstall .Net Framework on Windows 7 but just turn off option.
But if you are willing to completely remove/ uninstall .Net Framework from windows 7 then here is .Net Framework Cleanup Tool 6.0.3790 which now also supports Windows 7. You can remove All version of .Net Framework or selected .Net Framework.
.Net Framework Cleanup Tool removes files, directories, registry keys and values and Windows Installer product registration information for the .NET Framework.  The tool is intended primarily to return your system to a known (relatively clean) state in case you are encountering .NET Framework installation, uninstallation, repair or patching errors so that you can try to install again.

    这个不能卸载2.0以上..只能卸载1.0 和1.1   另  谷歌翻译真的很囧..
