恩对的哦。

您说的是熊猫头标记的文件吗？如果是的话，请稍等几天，这时是对这些文件暂时进行阻断并上传到PANDALABS进行分析，分析之后进行在线比对，最后对这些标记的文件进行处理，都是自动的。

在从云中返回结果前阻断文件为30秒，是不是在30秒内无法访问打问号的文件，而30秒后就可以访问了？

Blocking of files until results are returned from the cloud

On opening executable files (normally those with an .exe extension), Panda Cloud Antivirus queries the cloud to check if they are malware or not. To ensure the security of your computer, and under certain circumstances, Panda Cloud Antivirus can prevent certain files from running for a number of seconds until a reply is received from the Collective Intelligence servers (cloud).

This option lets you configure the maximum number of seconds that the executable files can stay blocked awaiting a response from the cloud. This should be a period between 10 and 60 seconds. By default the maximum wait time is 30 seconds.

As mentioned, this blocking can only affect executable files (normally those with .exe extensions) and never documents, photos, videos, etc.

Note: This option is only available in Panda Cloud Antivirus - Pro Edition.
