Hello,

A lot of users have been curious about the current version of Comodo Firewall Pro and Windows Vista compatibility, hopefully this will answer a few questions.

1. Currently Comodo Firewall Pro 2.4 does not support any version of Windows Vista and does not support any version of Windows that is 64 bit.

2. Windows Vista and Windows 64 bit compatibility will be added in the next version of Comodo Firewall (version 3.0.x.x).

3. The current release date for the beta of the next version of Comodo Firewall Pro is currently scheduled for May 14, 2007 however this is not carved in stone and it may change.

If you have any other questions regarding Comodo Firewall Pro Vista and 64 bit compatibility please feel free to PM me or one of the other Moderators/admins.

Comodo承诺永久免费，他们有其他可以挣钱的项目，面向桌面用户的防火墙也挣不了太多钱。

所谓发售的日期应该是推出正式版的日期,原来说的4月16日推出的是beta版,英文好的卡友能否到官方论坛上看看,我的英文实在太差.等你们的好消息.

5月14日还是beta版，以下是comodo的CEO的说明 (红字部分)：

hi Guys

Just an update:

We are not 100% happy to release the v3 as yet. we believe we can sort all the issues out within next 4 weeks. So we are scheduling the beta release to May 14th.
