Removed Windows service use completely for portable support.
Removed logs section, logging configuration, permissions configuration and Explorer integration, as these features are clashing with the portable use concept. Scan logs can be saved on scan end.
Added “Actions on scan end” options dialog at the scanner.

这次更新主要移除了服务，其实早该移除了
