This hotfix solves the issue when the firewall autoselect rules are not processed correctly in certain configurations.

This hotfix includes also an earlier hotfix (FSAVCS700_HF1) which solves the issue when the application control does not report applications to the Policy Manager if the default action on unknown inbound/outbound applications is set as Allow or Deny and if the default message for the unknown application has not been defined.

这是个补丁，但是单独安装的没法使用，必须用policy server 分发才行

将下载来的FSAVCS700_HF3-54402-signed.jar的扩展名“jar”改为“fsfix”，
然后运行就可以了（如下图），安装后提示需要重启计算机！

这个补丁的简要说明如下：
1.解决了在规则论证状况下，防火墙对不正确进程自动选择的规则问题；
2.解决了在未设置允许或禁止不知名的端口进、出状况下，默认动作的问题。
