进AVC的条件是长期排在世界前十八。数字还没资格参加。

应该是16到20吧？从首页看，目前是20个的。并且只是说数量限制在16到20个，而不是按世界排名来的。
限制的规则有AVC自己定的。

不用参加了。BD都有那么好的成绩，三流陵自然更好。抄作业的人常常比那个被抄的人分高，因为时间充裕，即使一字不落地抄，那字也整齐点。
