大意如下：

我们的产品的确被运用在了俄罗斯联邦的政府和军队里。
而且他们使用的版本和我们出售的版本在基本的功能性上并没有什么不同。

政府和军方的关键部门肯定不会用windows的操作系统！那么这个说法应该也就是类似我们国内的某些品牌拿到了某省的政府采购订单一样的性质！！
