关闭哪些服务可以减轻负担、提高速度？

老机器配置：奔三550MHz ＋ 440BX主板 ＋ 128M内存 ＋ 80G硬盘 ＋ 9250显卡
选用的系统：Windows FLP，感觉速度还可以。
主要的用途：上网看在线视频。优酷、土豆、……
