Hi Enoch,

1. I am not the owner of Shadow Defender, I am the moderator and I see it as my job to look after the forum in Tony's absence.

I have had no communication from Tony recently and my private messages to him remain in the outbox, unread. For all I know Tony may be ill, dead, or unable for one reason or another to attend to the website (I do not know about business matters other than that) As far as I know the software is still for sale on the internet and I have not heard from anyone that they have not had a licence when they've paid for it. If it was the case that Tony had died, I'd guess that his family would be entitled to decide what to do next with the business.

2. If Tony had just abandoned Shadow Defender then maybe something could be made based on Shadow Defender (with permission) but at the moment whilst the domain is alive and until I hear something from Tony I am treating the website as alive and functional. The domain runs out in April of 2011 and I will mod it and keep it "clean" until then.

I know that Shadow Defender is a great software but (in my opinion and experience) there are glitches/bugs (even in more recent versions) and it would benefit from further development.
