Language is not a problem in Singapore.
70% of Singaporens can speak Chinese and English is just an official language. It's only used in working and reporting area.

Yes.
There is one project in Singapore called "Chinese, Cool!"
Govement is encouraging people to learn and speak Chinese because the market in our China is becoming stronger and stronger.
