Usually this is an indicator that Msiexec is already running like Microsoft patches running in the background. After the other installer completes you should be able to install. If you don't have any other installers running, try installing the Visual C++ Runtime (http://www.microsoft...-770a549fd78c). This is the first thing that we check when installing and will install it if it's not there. This may fix the issue.

有没有运行Msiexec？

估计是c++的问题
