我看仅仅炒作而已。。。panda也不会拿他当回事，在安全公司随便拿个病毒分析人员水平都比他高...

Panda Security does not hire black-hat hackers

Today, some media in Beijing, China published an article erroneously claiming that Panda Security has hired an ex-convicted hacker to work for Panda Security.

The article tells the story of Mr. Li Jun, a convicted ex-hacker who was recently released from prison in China, claiming that Mr. Li was hired by Panda Security, but the reality is that he does not work for Panda Security, and has never worked for Panda Security neither as an employee or as a consultant. We believe the confusion arises from a marketing initiative by a distributor of Panda China where Mr. Li was involved. We have a policy (most recently stated in the following press release) whereby we do not and will not hire black-hat hackers and certainly not previously convicted hackers.

We have contacted the Chinese media to get this erroneous information corrected, but in the meantime, I wanted to use this blog as an opportunity to inform you that what’s stated in the article is not accurate.
