诺顿事件，引出正版与盗版的区别

诺顿误杀，对于盗版用户来说会造成永远的痛，而正版用户可以向诺顿提出赔偿要求，这也是正版与盗版的区别，当然我不反对用盗版，毕竟大家囊中羞涩。就像卡饭一直提倡大家用正版一样，固然盗版在功能方面，如：卡巴，诺顿之类的杀软是没有打折扣，但是售后方面却是天壤之别，如果你是高手，用杀软杀毒，你看出是否误杀相对简单，但你是门外汉呢？
      当然现在有卡饭论坛，论坛上高手云集，像之前说卡巴误报，立马有人提醒，算是不幸中的万幸吧。
      我没别的意思，只是诺顿事件有感而已，如果用360安全卫士送的免费卡巴KEY造成损失，会得到赔偿吗？就法律来说当然不会，因为他对你提供的是无偿服务。有人会说我的没什么重要的东东，大不了重装系统，[:27:] 有什么 。其时是没什么，只是想提醒一下下，卡巴之类的价格已经很低了，如果你不是像我一样没钱的话，建议你用正版，支持正版 。

Well, as a matter of fact, many companies declare that they are not responsible for the loss from using their anti-virus software in the agreement distributed with the software, including TrendMicro, Symantec and Kaspersky. I feel that this clause is unfair because you have to give up the right to ask for compensation when they make mistakes in order to use their products.
Is anybody studying law now here? Maybe it's illegal.

的确，用免费的别人当然不会重视你，出了问题也不会负责，所以有能力的话还是支持正版吧。

I think this kind of clouse is unfair to customer and illegal according to laws,so it should be invalid although it is written in the agreement.
看来这也是霸王条款。

正版赔偿估计也是一个大难题，首先损失用什么标准来衡量？如有公司声称自己因此损失了几百万乃至上千万，只怕就要用官司来解决了。
