2011-04-14: New results have been published for:
- avast! Internet Security 6.0.1000
- Jetico Personal Firewall 2.1.0.10.2451
Both products tested this time scored much better than the last time they were tested. We can clearly see improvements in their host protection security features. Yet still the final score of avast! Internet Security is insufficient. It scored 15 % ending in level 3.
Jetico Personal Firewall jumped up from its previous 28% score to its today's 88 %. Well done! The only thing that is harming otherwise good impression is Jetico Personal Firewall's behavior in case of malware attack. It often happens with Jetico that the system must be rebooted to be usable again after the user blocks a potentially dangerous action. The real life usability of Jetico Personal Firewall is thus questionable.

Proactive Security Challenge，直译的话是“主动安全测试”，非纯网络防火墙测试。固定10个等级共148项测试项目，需要通过每个等级的一定测试项目才能继续测试下一个等级的项目。因为不是扫描测试，所以不需要每次测试时把所有产品都重新测试一遍，而是不定期测试新产品或者产品的新版本，把长期的测试结果统计到一个表里。

avast多少还是有进步的，这些软件应该都是用的默认设置吧
